Merchandiser Manager (Sportwear/ Innerwear) - Japanese Speaking - Hcmc

Lead team of either Sportwear or Inner and collaborate with the sales / MD/ QC team to ensure business operation and achieve sales targets.
Cultivate strong relationships with customers, factories, understanding their requirements, and offering solutions to meet customers' needs.
Actively prospect and generate leads to identify potential customers / business partner.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to convert leads into customers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand networks.
Prepare and manage sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
