Mô tả công việc

- Work in both internal systems: PLM, MIS, SAP and buyer/vendor: GTN, VMS, GQM, Interlink system
- Understanding buyer Manual update by seasonal to make sure all are correct
- Responsibility on trim approval before pre-production
- Make trim card to conducting PP meetings and shipment
- Manage stock and liability to allocate order
- Arrange all Testing for order and payment following
- Work with supplier/ buyer regarding material issue
- Follow up Photoshoot / TOP samples
- Properly dealing with problems rising in production to make shipments on time
- Coordinate with QA inline and final inspection
- Prepare label images, collect shipping documents to submit and follow up payment
- Make report for over/ shortage shipment and proceed the replenishment in case.
- Other tasks as per Manager's assignment.

Yêu cầu công việc

* EDUCATION
- Bachelor's Degree in Garment Technology, Engineering, or any related field.
* TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 02 years related experience in the garment manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Spoken and written English
