Responsibilities
1. OEM/ODM Merchandising (60%)
o Coordinate with foreign factories to follow up on OEM/ODM contracts.
o Handle administrative documents for vendor registration with the Health Ministry.
o Participate in internal and external project meetings.
2. Purchasing (30%)
o Source suppliers and new products following the company's strategy on category growth and policies.
o Request quotations; conduct negotiations; review contracts; compare prices.
o Liaise with domestic and overseas suppliers regarding trading terms and trade marketing incomes.
o Understand the entire procedure from sourcing products and obtaining orders to ensuring product quality, packaging, inspection, and delivery.
o Manage the ERP system daily to follow internal processes.
3. Other Tasks (10%)
o Perform aligned tasks assigned by the direct line manager.
