- Manage Imported Thai Food & Non-Food product categories in line with MM Mega Market Merchandise Strategy and customize to satisfy Customer Needs
- Identify gap in the existing assortment mixed
- Working closely with internal stakeholder - QA supply chain, Global sourcing, Merchandise
- Responsible for the category mix assortment selection, shelf space, promotions
- Sourcing new supplier from Thailand
- Share responsibility with Departments for decisions on assortment, inventory, shelf space, promotions.
- Jointly develop and maintain the Pricing Strategy for the Imported Categories.
- Provide all necessary information and documentation to ensure all necessary Admin is completed in a timely manner
- Supervise the Supply base to maximize Sales & Profitability
- Working with Customer Management, develop and maintain the Pricing Strategy for the Category
- Provide all necessary information and documentation is passed to supporting staff, ensuring all necessary Admin is completed in a timely and fashion manner
Yêu cầu
- University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management or related subjects
- Experiences within the FMCG sector or relevant category
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages (both written and oral)
- Customer-focused
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong analytical ability and good in data / figures.
- Abilities to use computer, office programs and database
- Having a relationship with Thai representative governance is preferable
