Mô tả công việc
- Proactively coordinate/communicate between Sales and Sourcing and support team to make sure shipment goes smoothly.
- Be the window between the team and the factory always reply email in the same day and tracking pending issues to give update in timely manner.
- Timetable control: Maker daily communication bridge, push quote & sample, FA (Factory Audit) validity tracking/maintain.
- Work with factory for shipment follow up after order receiving/PPM (Pre-Production Meeting).
- Product Test timetable: co-work with Sales/maker to push sample, arrange GTF (Group Test Form).
- QCC/QA (work with 3rd party for protocol review and payment)
- Artwork: co-work with maker (deadline, photo, color checking, sign off artwork for Sales/Sourcing)
- Inspection: co-work with maker/QCC (make sure maker arrange inspection with QCC, if there is capacity issue, alert Sourcing/Sales to step in)
- Shipment: co-work with maker/Sourcing Sales (watch booking status, communicate with maker's shipping team)
- Other works as assigned from line manager.
Yêu cầu
- University/college graduated
- 1-2 years working experience in the related industry.
- Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading and reading).
- Commitment and dedicate in job, be able to travel on business trip
- Good communication skills possess team group co-operation concept and higher sense of responsibility.
- Team player, energetic, well organized, able to work under pressure and participate in challenging duty.
