1.Create and follow route list visit by stores in areas assigned with assigned frequency by stores by day
2. Stock availability and display
Check stocks availability in stores including on main-shelves and in warehouse
Ensure stocks availability in its location (main-shelves, own brands display, category shelves, etc.)
Closely coordinate with KAM/SE for out of stocks issues and follow up until missing SKUs are refilled in stores by working with retailers' logistic warehouse/ stores manager and visiting stores after OOS issues are raised up
Record daily follow-up actions related to OOS issues (SKUs, stores)
Understand thoroughly retailers delivery schedule and process
Arrange stocks in accordance with Minthacare's POG
Ensure the hygiene of brands POSM including main-shelves, wall-unit, counters, sideburn, etc.
In charge of having extra visibility in stores (promotion areas and categories sections) and gain better placement of the products by negotiating with the stores managers
3. POSM
Execute brand POSM (wobblers, shelf talkers, etc.).
Follow up until POSM is finished in any case of issue raised up such as replacing AW, implement new POSM, etc
Refill and replace old POSM including leaflets
Handle all the material related to market campaigns including samples/gimmick
4. Others
In-charge of updating competitors or market depending on tasks assigned by line manager
Remind the stores staff products/key products during field visit by highlight benefits and usages
Check promotion & pricing execution in retailers stores
Report of unsolved OOS issues monthly by accounts/customers
