What if your internship could take you from Hanoi to Bangkok, Bangkok to Bali - and eventually to Europe? Instead of repetitive office tasks, you could work across countries, meet hotel owners, build international partnerships, and helpgrow a global hospitality network.This is MHG Global Hospitality Ambassador Program - a founding cohort for young people who want to buildsomething bigger than themselves.
The Role: As an Ambassador, you'll represent MHG in your city and work on real business assignments - not busywork. You'llhelp identify independent hotels for MHG's network, connect with hotel owners and General Managers, buildpartnerships with universities and tourism businesses, and grow a local hospitality community.Top performers move fast: from Ambassador to Core Ambassador, to City Captain or Young Fellow, into internationalrotations, and eventually toward roles like Country Manager, Head of Growth & Partnerships, or Hotel Development.Progression is performance-based - the better you perform, the further you go.
What You'll Do:
Identify independent hotels and owners who may want to join MHG's network
Build relationships with hotel owners, GMs, universities, and travel businesses
Grow a local community of students, young professionals, and hotel owners
Take on real market-development assignments across your region
Your university may be where you start. It doesn't have to be where you stop.
