Mô tả công việc

- Handle all MICE requests
- Create itineraries according to clients' requirements
- Create quotations and handling the contracting
- Search active for new accounts and network with existing partners by telephone calls, online and face-to-face meetings
- Guide Operation team in Ha Long and assist during events
- Organize and guide site inspections
- Work with external service providers, maintain and expand network
- Create MICE itineraries and samples to support sales and marketing team
- Maximize upselling opportunities by proposing additional events and activities suitable and complimenting to the MICE booking
- Obtain actively feedback data from every MICE booking verbally and in writing
- After-Sales-Management

Yêu cầu

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
- Minimum of 2 years working experience for an event organizer, DMC or hotel MICE department
- Excellent sales skills with the attitude to close deals
- Open and friendly personality with excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational and logistics skills
- Creativeness
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English, both verbal and written
