Mô tả công việc
Manage all MICE sales, request, presentation, booking from all Markets (Vietnam and Oversea)
In charge of Theme Events & Set-up to meet to commitment with clients.
Establish professional customer/vendor relationships with appropriate customer personnel
Responsible for sourcing and developing customer relationships and follow up on referrals.
Escort if any big/VIP group
Submit weekly activity/call reports concerning customer-related activities for quotes, orders, and problems concerning customer/vendor relationships.

Yêu cầu
Qualification: Tourism/Hotel Management Graduate.
Languages: Fluency in English both in speaking & writing, any other language skill is a definitive asset
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience at the same level
Good communication and personal management skills.
Ability to teach and train new Vietnamese staff.
MSWORD, Power Point and Outlook.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of local Sales and marketing exposure.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills. Excellent problem solving skill. Very self-confident personality, creative and out of box thinking and working attitude.

Expat or Vietnamese.
