JOB PURPOSE
Responsibility involves conducting tests and analyses on microbiology monitoring to ensure they meet specified quality standards.
MAIN DUTIES
Incoming Material Inspection
- Receive and inspect incoming raw materials for analysis microbiology.
- Verify that the received materials match the specifications of microbiology.
Sampling and Sample Preparation
- Collect representative samples of Microbiology for testing. (Filtration test, TPC test method)
- Prepare samples for various analytical and quality control tests.
Quality Testing
- Conduct a variety of tests on Microbiology to assess their quality.
- Utilize laboratory equipment and instruments to perform tests accurately.
Compliance with Standards
- Ensure that microbiology testing activities comply with standards, regulatory requirements, and established testing protocols.
- Stay updated on changes in testing methods or standards relevant to microbiology.
Data Collection and Recording
- Record and document all relevant data and observations from microbiology tests.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of test results, ensuring traceability and compliance with documentation procedures.
Training and Development
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to Microbiology testing GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety (ISO 22000).
- Stay informed about new testing methods and technologies.
Calibration and Maintenance
- Participate in the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment used for Microbiology testing.
- Report any equipment malfunctions and assist in troubleshooting activities.
Documentation Review
- Review and follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and documentation relevant to Microbiology testing.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of documentation
Safety Practices
- Adhere to safety protocols and practices in the laboratory.
- Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly
Problem Resolution for Raw Materials
- Identify and report any deviations or abnormalities in microbiology test results promptly.
- Collaborate with supervisors, leaders, and other team members to investigate and resolve issues
BENEFIT
• Working hours: 2 shifts (8 hours, total 40-48 hours/week).
• Work at Factory Phu My 3, Ba Ria Vung Tau
• Annual leaves: 15 days per year
• Sick leaves: 4 days per year

Yêu cầu
Education Background
Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree: Food Technology, Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or a related discipline
Requirements
- Minimum 1 (one) year of experience as a Quality Control staff at a laboratory Microbiology.
- Willing to work in Factory in Phu My 3, Ba Ria Vung Tau
- Able to work with teams and individuals, healthy physically and mentally
- Able to operate computer: MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoints)
