About the Role
We are seeking experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultants to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring Dynamics 365 solutions, advising clients through the full implementation lifecycle, and ensuring customized solutions deliver measurable business value.
You will work directly with senior stakeholders to capture requirements, translate them into
functional designs, configure business processes, and support end-to-end project delivery. The position requires strong expertise in Dynamics 365 functional areas including Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing, with the opportunity to work on large and complex transformation projects for leading enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage directly with clients to capture, analyze and document business requirements
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, Fit/Gap analysis, and solution designs aligned with industry best practices
• Configure Dynamics 365 to support Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes
• Support data preparation, validation, and migration activities including cut-over readiness
• Prepare testing scripts, coordinate UAT sessions, and deliver role-based user training
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct unit and integrated testing
• Provide support during go-live and post-implementation phases
• Anticipate risks, issues and dependencies, proposing mitigation strategies where required
• Stay up to date with Dynamics 365 releases, features and technology trends
Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consulting
• Strong knowledge in one or more of the following domains: Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing
• Proven experience in full project lifecycle: requirements, design, configuration, testing, training, support
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly advantageous
• Strong English and Vietnamese communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in creating functional documents, test cases and project deliverables
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to work independently or in a team environment
• Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously build expertise
