Reporting
You reportdirectly to the UX/UI Lead and PM.
Duties and Responsibilities
You are responsible for tasks in the following areas:
Collaborate with clients and teams to make designs easy to use.
Manage small to medium projects from beginning to end, ensuring they're done on time and meet client needs.
Create wireframes, designs, and prototypes.
Get feedback and make designs better based on what users say.
Work with developers to put designs into action.
Focus on making designs that users like and keep up with design standards.

Qualifications/ Experience Requirements:
Good understanding of design rules, and can use them well in projects.
1-3 years of experience in UX/UI design.
Having worked at an agency or outsourcing company before is a plus.
Familiarity with using Figma.
A portfolio that shows design work and how well it works.
Can handle lots of projects and deadlines at once.
Knows how to use Agile methods.
Attitudes:
Ready to take charge and learn and get better.
Open to feedback and wants to keep learning and getting better.
Willing to do great work even when things are tough.
Can handle changes and problems.
Confident about sharing ideas and pushing for designs that are good for users.
Passionate about design and solving problems.
