Mid/Senior Software Engineer .Net, C#

LizAI is seeking a talented individual who is passionate about building the next generation of AI in Healthcare. You will work with many cross-functional teams and be responsible for, but not limited to, designing, building, and maintaining the highly scalable platform. You are expected to display a high level of determination to complete work in a resourceful and proactive manner.

Key Responsibilities

• As a software engineer, you will work on multiple projects critical to LizAI's needs, with our fast-paced business growing and evolving. Our engineers need to be versatile and enthusiastic about tackling new problems across the full-stack as we continue pushing technology forward.
• You will manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. You will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.
• Design, code, and test new features, making marked contributions to the application and process, emphasizing performant, decoupled, testable, and maintainable code.
• Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
• Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve them by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
• Lead and mentor new hires or junior engineers.
• Report the data to the team.
• Comply with the data storage policies of LizAI.
• Possible international business travels.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of backend (C# and .NET framework) and/or full-stack experience building highly scalable and distributed systems.
• Experience in relevant web development frameworks such as Angular, .Net Core and .Net 4, Web API, ASP.NET MVC, etc.
• Solid experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle and being exposed to Scrum projects.
• Solid understanding and extensive experience with version control tools like Git.
• Good command of English communication.

Preferred qualifications:

• Thorough understanding of design patterns, microservices architecture, OOP, and functional programming, asynchronous and event-driven development.
• Strong experience developing RESTful APIs, C#, ASP.NET Core, Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience developing on top of large data sets and complex data structures.
• Experience leveraging AWS.
• Prior experience working in the healthcare industry is an added advantage.
• Exceptional problem-solving and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work with diverse, global teams in many locations and time zones.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork and leadership skills.
• ​​Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting timelines and adapting to changing priorities.
• Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Compensation includes monthly (base) salary, year-end bonus (13th month-salary and more), and performance-based bonuses.

Monthly (base) salary is negotiable and up to $ 1,500.
