Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior, market trends, and industry best practices.
Elicit and document detailed business requirements for loyalty program enhancements and new features.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of business objectives.

Yêu cầu
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
Product mindset is required, experience in product companies will be preferred.
Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile.
Proven experience in loyalty program management or customer relationship management (CRM) will be preferred.
