Mô tả công việc

Conduct analysis of business and user needs to understand requirements
Lead and conduct interviewing tasks with business users
Convert the requirements/needs into technical models/terms/documents that can be used by the Software Development/System and DBA/Architect team to implement on systems/applications.
Work closely with the development team and third-parties to design, validate, and manage the implementation of solutions to requirements.
Maintain the updates of the documents developed during the requirement collection, analysis, system/application design.
Understanding well all integration points of the system such as CRM, Call Center, Distribution Management System (DMS), Inventory system, Document Management system, etc.
Undertake other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst (BA) role in IT System Development with understanding of web service-based integration.
Good integration experience in various platforms like web and mobile applications.
Understanding of databases like MSSQL, PL/SQL Oracle query.
Ability to learn and work with new technologies.
Working under pressure and self-motivated.
Good communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both a technical audience and business users.
Long-term commitment is preferred.
Experienced working with vendors/partners is a plus.
English conversation.
Have working skills such as pre-sale.
Experienced working in Banking project is a plus.
