Maintain high personal appearance and hygiene standards.
Ensure the minibar store and [protected info] are clean, organized, and temperature-controlled.
Check product expiry dates regularly and update name and price tags.
Complete daily transfers, file copies, and conduct monthly inventories.
Greet guests warmly, assist with product selection, and upsell where appropriate.
Ensure accurate billing through POS and manage non-returnable items policy.
Handle deliveries to villas personally or coordinate with buggy drivers.
Participate in staff meetings, briefings, and training sessions.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and professionalism in all tasks.
Can assist and support F&B attendants in opreration in the peak period.
