Job Description
SMT Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
Regularly inspect and maintain SMT equipment to ensure normal operation.
Respond quickly and resolve equipment failures during the production process to minimize downtime.
Support NPI (DFM/DFT) evaluation
Equipment Performance Optimization:
Analyze equipment operation data, propose and implement performance improvement plans.
Conduct equipment debugging to ensure production efficiency and product quality.
Analyze causes of SMT equipment anomalies and implement countermeasures to enhance productivity
Lead small improvement projects (OEE enhancement)
Equipment Installation and Debugging:
Assist in the installation and debugging of new equipment to ensure it meets production requirements.
Train operators to ensure they can correctly use and maintain the equipment.
Familiar with SMT equipment operation and application, establish skills training plans, cultivate engineering line anomaly analysis capability (5W, short/long-term countermeasures, parallel operations & prevention), and reduce anomaly handling time
Establish simplified, optimized, and standardized SMT equipment execution processes, and promptly improve after equipment anomalies to achieve rapid problem-solving capabilities
Technical Support and Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and other engineering teams to provide technical support.
Participate in equipment selection and technical evaluation, offering suggestions to improve production line efficiency.
Evaluate and verify new equipment data and assist in organizing report data
Find the best solutions through team communication.
