Job Description:

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of mobile applications.
Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Backend Developers, and QA Engineers.
Review code and ensure coding standards, architecture, and best practices are followed.
Estimate development effort and manage sprint tasks.
Mentor junior developers and support technical growth within the team.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimise application performance.
Participate in system architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
Ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards.

Required skills/Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile application development.
Previous experience leading a small team is an advantage.
Strong experience with Flutter (preferred) or React Native.
Good understanding of Android and iOS platforms.
Experience integrating RESTful APIs.
Familiar with Git, CI/CD, Firebase, and App Store/Google Play deployment.
Knowledge of state management (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, Redux, etc.).
Understanding of clean architecture and software design patterns.
Good communication and leadership skills.
English reading and communication skills are a plus.
