Job Description:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of mobile applications.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Backend Developers, and QA Engineers.
- Review code and ensure coding standards, architecture, and best practices are followed.
- Estimate development effort and manage sprint tasks.
- Mentor junior developers and support technical growth within the team.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimise application performance.
- Participate in system architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards.
Required skills/Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile application development.
- Previous experience leading a small team is an advantage.
- Strong experience with Flutter (preferred) or React Native.
- Good understanding of Android and iOS platforms.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs.
- Familiar with Git, CI/CD, Firebase, and App Store/Google Play deployment.
- Knowledge of state management (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, Redux, etc.).
- Understanding of clean architecture and software design patterns.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- English reading and communication skills are a plus.
