MOLD MECHANICAL MANAGEMENT

-Be responsible to the Board of Directors for the management, use of labor, machinery and equipment at
the Mechanical Workshop
-Manage all activities of Mold Workshop, including Design, Technology, Operation, Machining, Repair,
Maintenance, Mold new processing to meet production and new product development needs.
- Be responsible for receiving the production plan, organizing and operating to achieve the production
plan to ensure technical, product quality and productivity before the Board of Directors.
-Ensure production schedule, delivery schedule with the following stages.
-Establish and evaluate the production capacity of the system of production equipment and human
resources.
-Ensure quality standards during production, following instructions and procedures.
- Ensure and continuously improve labor productivity based on productivity norms and continuous
improvement of norms.
-Organize the implementation of standard guidance, quality manipulation in accordance with customer
requirements and product quality requirements.
-Manage and organize training for staff to have excellent quality and ability to perform well
-Guidance and supervision for employees under the production process, process control plan, guidance on
product tracing under the ISO 9001-2015 system/
- Join the Board of Directors in improving production technology, machinery and equipment in order to
improve production efficiency.
