-Check molded parts for defects (warping, sink marks, flash, short shots)
-Process monitoring ensure machines run within correct parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time)
-Record inspection results, maintain quality logs, create reports
-Investigate defects and work with engineers to fix issues
-Follow ISO, customer specs, or internal quality standards
-Suggest ways to reduce defects and improve efficiency
Yêu cầu
-Graduated from university or college
-Understanding of injection molding processes
-Ability to use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
-Knowledge of PFMEA, CP,SPC, MSA; FTA, 8D...
