This Motion/Editor (Mid-level) job might be for YOU, if:
You have:
Around 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a Design-focused role, with solid skills in motion graphics and video editing, across various platforms;
Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects, work in a fast-paced environment, and eager to catch up with the trends (AI tools, new platforms,...)
Ability to tell a story without saying a word (meaning let your own work speak), both visual storytelling and smart design thinking;
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and similar design software, CapCut is a plus;
Great presentation skills and a collaborative mindset;
Excellent communication in English;
A professional attitude toward managing deadlines effectively.
You're good at:
Building a solid body of work with high-quality visuals, original concepts, and standout layouts;
Contributing to creative brainstorming sessions, aligning your ideas with broader campaign strategies;
Working collaboratively on design briefs, understanding client needs, and turning them into thoughtful visual solutions;
Managing timeline like a pro, delivering on-brand with no motion errors, spelling mistakes, or off-brand info;
Being detail-oriented even when juggling multiple projects under tight deadlines;
Communicating openly with your team about task progress, blockers, or support needed;
Taking initiative in researching new tools, motion styles, and creative techniques to level up your output.
You're extra awesome at:
Keeping up with market trends and audience behavior to create high-performing visual content.
Navigating a wide range of media and making the most of graphic design tools.
Staying on top of design/AI tools, research methods, and the latest aesthetic and social media trends.
Being responsive, collaborative, and highly responsible, especially in a hybrid work setup, you must be 200% responsibility.
