You'll do:
1. Marketing & Social Content (80%)
- Performance Video: Produce high-converting video ads for FB, YouTube,...; focusing on "scroll-stopping" hooks, A/B testing variations, and strong CTAs.
- Platform-Native Content: Edit tailored content for different formats (Long-form, Shorts/Reels,...) ensuring high engagement and brand consistency.
- Team Synergy: Collaborate with the Marketing team to brainstorm concepts, develop storyboards, and translate campaign goals into visuals.
2. Event & Brand Support (20%)
- Event Visuals: Create teasers, hype videos, and motion graphics for on-site LED screens/backdrops.
- Rapid Recaps: Fast-turnaround editing for event highlight reels and "after-movies."
- Collateral Design: Support event-related assets like digital invitations or standees when needed.
3. Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to clarify briefs and co-create effective design solutions.
- Manage design tasks, timelines, and priorities to ensure on-time delivery.
4. Asset Management & Continuous Improvement
- Organize and maintain design files, templates, and asset libraries.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices in SaaS, eCommerce, and
digital marketing.
You have:
- 2+ years of experience as a Video Editor, Multimedia Designer, or
Graphic Designer, preferably in B2B, SaaS, IT, or E-commerce industries.
- Strong skills in video editing tools such as: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing (conversion, hooks) and social media trends.
- Ability to handle high-volume creative output under tight deadlines.
- Solid graphic design skills using: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (or similar tools)
- Good sense of visual storytelling, composition, color, typography, and motion
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- A strong portfolio demonstrating video and visual content for digital marketing, product storytelling, or performance-driven campaigns.
