JOB SUMMARY
Manage a team of engineers, guide resources and talents to achieve new project goals, and enhance the value of existing products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
• Lead the R&D team to develop products that align with the global R&D strategy.
• Develop and drive an efficient product development organization to deliver products to customers on time. Review product specification with project teams.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making of senior management, aligning research and development strategies with long-term vision, mission, and goals.
• Supervise the R&D budget, monitor the cost and effectiveness of R&D activities to optimize resources, prioritize expenditures, and maintain professional standards.
• Lead the R&D team and collaborate effectively with all relevant functional teams (global and local) to achieve company goals.
