I. MAIN DUTIES
• Check daily order from customer and distributor
• Check daily report of the sales force
• Create the some kind of regular report
• Analyze and find the issue of daily sales operation
• Follow up delivery status from distributor to customer
• Control and manage all relative daily sales operation
• Translate from Vietnamese to English for
Sales Manager (as needed)
• Preparing the logistics for travel, training, meetings of the sales team
• Coordinate with other departments in the company (Finance, Trade, Marketing, Activation ...) as well as Customer and Distributor to ensure customer service is performed in the best way (orders, delivery customers ...)
II. Requirement:
1. Education Background
• Bachelor's Degree
2. Experienced Needed
• At least 2 years' experience in Sales admin (FMCG)
3. Skill Needed
• Good in English
• Experience in FMCG area is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,...)
4. Personality
• Sense of Carefulness, Responsibility, High adaptability, Teamwork, proactivity
III. Benefits:
