* Key responsibilities for this position;
(60% video production & 40% graphic design)
• Produce engaging short-form videos, animations, and motion clips.
• Create and adapt visuals for multi-platform use (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, landing pages).
• Collaborate with the Content team on storyboards and editing to craft educational storytelling formats.
• Design social posts, banners, paid ads, and POSM materials aligned with brand identity.
• Adapt visuals across multiple platforms while maintaining brand and creative consistency.
• Maintain a cohesive visual style and elevate IDP presence across all digital touchpoints.
• Localize global brand assets for the Vietnamese audience while preserving design integrity.
• Comprehend brand guideline, create, and develop creatives to ensure all IDP visual items stick strictly with brand image.
• Experiment with AI-driven tools (e.g., generative video, caption automation, design ideation) to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Keep up with design and video trends, proposing fresh visual ideas that resonate with Gen Z learners.
• Have knowledge about
digital marketing.
• Generate diverse and creative visual direction templates/layouts.
• Work closely with Digital and Content teams to test new video formats and measure creative performance.
• Work closely with Marketing Operation team to ensure visuals align with campaign timelines and objectives.
• Provide creative support for co-branded partner campaigns and internal brand initiatives.
• Continuously refine creative output based on engagement insights and audience feedback.
• Perform other job requirements as assigned by manager.
• 3 - 5 years' experience in digital / social content creation, preferably in education, youth, lifestyle, or creative agencies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating short-form video editing, event visual design, and social storytelling. Proficiency in Adobe tools for creating image and video: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effect, Audition, and others AI tools.
• Degree in multimedia area, graphic design or experience in similar fields.
• Understanding of digital content trends and brand storytelling.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Embrace the concepts of brand development and multimedia marketing.
• Ability to work in a team, coordinate with team members, work under pressure.
