Mô tả công việc
- Perform interpretation and translation (both spoken and written) during meetings and business discussions with Japanese managers.
- Support the Sales Department in building, maintaining, and developing customer relationships, especially in the FMCG (food) sector and General Trade (GT) or modern trade (MT) channel.
- Draft and manage documents, contracts, and reports in Japanese/English/Vietnamese.
- Work directly with Japanese managers to provide support in administrative tasks, sales activities, and customer service upon request. Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Yêu cầu
- Education: College/ University
- Major: Sales (or similar major)
- Experience: Working in a Japanese company/ studying or working in Japan is a plus
- Knowledge: Sales , FMCG, 2 years experience at the same/ equivalent position at FMCG company (TT and MT channel)
- Strong communication, numerial mindset and logical thinking skills
- Quickly adaptive, Hard-working, Passionate, Proactive
- Good at computer (Microsoft software)
- Fluent Japanese (N1/N2) & Good English ( Intermediate, Business level)
- Reputation for sincerity, honesty and reliability.
