* Role's Objectives:
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, coordinate and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
* Specific Responsibilities:
- Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies
- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts
- Generating new business leads
- Increasing brand awareness and market share
- Coordinating marketing strategies with sales, financial, and content creation functions both locally and with the global marketing teams
- Developing and coordinating the marketing budgets with local business units
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
- Coordinating the marketing staff within local business units
- Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events
- Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends
Yêu cầu
- University graduate or further education, or equivalent on-the-job experience
- Minimum 3 years of marketing/
business development experience
- Professional Communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Excellent Influencing and Negotiating skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
