ROLE SUMMARY
The National Warehouse Manager is responsible for all warehouse operations across Vietnam, overseeing:
● The HCMC central warehouse (primary entry point for all inbound shipments)
● The Hanoi warehouse (Northern distribution hub)
This role ensures:
● one consistent national warehouse standard
● accurate receiving of all import shipments
● high stock accuracy across both warehouses
● clean, professional, well-organised warehouse environments
● efficient, on-time order fulfilment
● disciplined workflows and staff performance
● strong coordination with Operations, Sales Admin, Finance, and Ball Printing
