Mô tả công việc

• Develop, enhance, and maintain software applications using the .NET framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, design software solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in C# and other relevant languages.
• Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality software deliverables.
• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and promote best coding practices within the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, and recommend their adoption as appropriate.
• Work closely with the project management team to estimate project efforts and timelines.
• Collaborate with database administrators and other stakeholders to design and optimize database structures, queries, and performance.
• Document software designs, technical specifications, and implementation details.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
• Mentor and assist junior developers, sharing knowledge and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2.5+ years of professional experience as a .NET developer (for middle/senior level), proven experience in team lead & project lead (for lead level)
• Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET framework.
• Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and other relevant web technologies.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Experience with database technologies, such as SQL Server or Oracle, including database design and optimization.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to debug and resolve complex software issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
