The Job
- Lead and mentor a team of developers across multiple projects, cultivating a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient software solutions that align with business requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and strategic direction regarding architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies.
- Manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables to ensure the successful execution of technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
- Identify and address technical risks, roadblocks, and challenges to sustain project momentum.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend their integration to enhance product development and team efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies.
- Other assignments from the Manager.
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or a relevant major
- From 2 years of working experience as a Technical Leader for the Japanese market.
- Extensive experience with back-end technologies including C#, .NET, GraphQL, JSON, XML, and Web API.
- Good knowledge of front-end development such as ReactJS, VueJS, Angular, etc.
- Solid experience with databases like Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
- Familiar with software development life cycles such as Waterfall or Agile methodology.
- Experience in project estimation, progress management, quality management, etc.
- Experience in making specifications such as design and test specifications.
- Willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
- Good Japanese skills (N2 Level)
- Leadership skills
