We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to spearhead our development team, overseeing both code and no-code processes. This role is pivotal in managing and growing the team while driving innovation to expand our tech stack beyond Bubble. You will play a crucial role in shaping the technical strategy and execution of projects, ensuring quality, scalability, and efficiency. Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end development process for web applications and responsive designs (note: mobile apps refer to web-based solutions, not native iOS/Android applications).
Design and implement scalable APIs and robust backend systems.
Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring effective collaboration across code and no-code workflows.
Collaborate with Bubble developers and UI/UX designers to deliver user friendly interfaces.
Build and maintain custom Bubble plugins to enhance functionality (refer to Bubble Plugin Documentation).
Explore and implement new technologies and frameworks to expand the teamʼs tech stack beyond Bubble
