*** About the Role:
As New Product Development Manager - Fruit Me Up, you will play a critical role in shaping the future growth of the brand. This role is responsible to help conceptualize and independently execute plans to deliver the short term and long-term business objectives of Andros brand products for retail, GT & E-Com channels. The candidate is required to perform a range of activities, namely, developing and maintaining a new product pipeline, overseeing product development and design, launching new products, leading market research, advertising development, pricing strategies and monitoring sales performance.
Location: Phu Nu Building, 20 Nguyen Dang Giai, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
Working Time: Monday - Friday
*** What will you do?
• Responsible to conceptualize and execute the product development for Andros' retail products.
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer's / customer's behaviors, and competitor's activities to identify new opportunities for the brands, consumer needs and extension of the product range.
• Organize market research (concept screening, focus group, product testing...).
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate brand tracking performance and customer and consumer feedback to ensure that the marketing mix is aligned to meet changing customer / consumer needs.
• Monitor new product development process & retro planning of all product development.
• Follow-up and coordinate with different departments on launching of Andros' new & customized products (including sales,
purchasing, production, quality, supply chain, accounting, marketing teams...).
• Organizing and participating in tasting sessions, product surveys and approval of Andros products.
• Work closely with the sales team to initiate, plan and oversee implementation of local initiatives to drive volume growth.
• Coordinate sample ordering and receiving.
• Effectively manage & communicate with external agencies, suppliers.
• Development of packaging with
designers or agencies (brief, concept, labelling, regulations...).
• Organizing training sessions, and preparing presentation, sales discussions, announcements...
