JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop strategic holistic top longtail merchant account plans and processes to
manage accounts efficiently and effectively.
Analyze data to gain insights into accounts' behaviors and develop strategies to
deliver targets.
Build & maintain relationships with merchants, and negotiate to secure best
deals based on our campaigns. Support accounts according to the territory's set
standards to ensure merchant operations.
Work closely and coordinate with internal departments to address all external
problems and partners.
Collaborate with the marketing department on regular and seasonal campaigns.
Provide weekly and monthly reports to the manager.
REQUIREMENTS
University graduate
Strong communication, good negotiation and problem solving skills. Data driven
mindset, master excel and powerpoint is preferable
Having knowledge and understanding in Food Delivery, E-commerce, F&B and
the sharing economy are advantages
Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual. Able to work under
pressure/tight timeframes
Good written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
Eager to learn new knowledge
Desire to develop data analysis skills (SQL) is a big plus

Salary: 10,400,000 Gross Base/month
Allowance: 300,000 VND/month
