1. Dealer Operation Improvement (70%)
Support Improvement activities for priority dealers, focusing on 5S, productivity, service KPIs, customer satisfaction, and dealer staff skills.
Conduct on-site observations, identify operational issues, and propose practical improvement solutions under the Manager's guidance.
Assist in standardizing Improvement processes, providing training, and following up on improvement activities at dealers.
2. Field Activities (20%)
Monitor the service performance, operational quality, customer satisfaction, and promotion activities of assigned dealers.
Coordinate with dealers and relevant internal departments, and support training activities for dealer staff.
3. Reporting and Other Tasks (10%)
Collect and update performance data; prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; and perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.
