Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities:
1. Dealer Operation Improvement (70%)
· Support Improvement activities for priority dealers, focusing on 5S, productivity, service KPIs, customer satisfaction, and dealer staff skills.
· Conduct on-site observations, identify operational issues, and propose practical improvement solutions under the Manager's guidance.
· Assist in standardizing Improvement processes, providing training, and following up on improvement activities at dealers.
2. Field Activities (20%)
· Monitor the service performance, operational quality, customer satisfaction, and promotion activities of assigned dealers.
· Coordinate with dealers and relevant internal departments, and support training activities for dealer staff.
3. Reporting and Other Tasks (10%)
· Collect and update performance data; prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; and perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's Degree in University, major in Automotive/Operation Management or related fields.
Prefer having at least 0 1 - 03 years working experience in Automotive/Operation Management field. Welcome freshers to apply.
Good at English & MS Office (TOEIC 500 or above)
Good communication and problem solving
Have project management skills, on site continuous improvement skills, analytical skills.
