Nhân Viên Content Marketing Online (English )

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO, with a focus on Marketing, Sales, and General Management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong background in digital marketing who can be Marketing Manager in the next 3 - 5 years. This role requires a self-driven individual who can efficiently manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate excellent communication skills in English. The position offers a competitive and negotiable salary.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing activities such as content writing, managing company website, social channels and other digital platforms.
Follow up clients and prepare of sales-related documents, such as quotations, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and contracts
Prepare reports, and assist in the preparation of presentations and documents for CEO
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external service providers, departments, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on assigned tasks.
Coordinate and manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
