Mô tả công việc
Develop and maintain quality control plan to ensure compliance with standard/drawing/and customer requirement.
Design and implement control plans and procedures for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods to identify and address quality issues in a timely manner.
Qualified for new components to ensure the quality and reliability of products throughout the production process.
Develop and implement training programs for production staff on quality control procedures, product specifications, and quality awareness
Lead investigations into non-conformances, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Yêu cầu
Qualification:
• Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Controls/Automotive)
Experience
• At least 3-5 years experience at manufacturing company. Prefer work in automotive company and Japanese company.
• Knowledge of quality control tool and methodologies (PPAP, SPC, FMEA)
• Problem solving abilities (A3, 8D)
• Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing process.
• Experience with quality inspection techniques and equiment.
• Exposure in working and interacting with people at all levels effectively (both local & international)
• Experience in training

• Good at English and communication
• Creative
• Training skill
• Interpersonal skills & able to work with various levels inside /outside organization
• Well-organized and Timming management
