Develop and standardize training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational positions.
Organize onboarding, re
fresher, and skill enhancement training programs for production workers.
Conduct periodic competency assessments and recommend skill development plans and grading levels.
Ensure employees achieve the required productivity and quality standards after training.
Analyze production defects, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions.
Design targeted training programs to address skill-related quality issues.
Monitor improvement effectiveness and establish an early warning system to identify skill gaps.
Lead Kaizen initiatives to improve productivity and eliminate waste.
Apply Lean tools such as 6S, 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis, Poka-Yoke, and Standardized Work.
Optimize production processes to reduce machine downtime and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Implement and sustain the 6S system across the manufacturing facility.
Conduct regular 6S audits and monitor corrective actions.
Develop visual management systems and provide 6S training for employees.
Monitor and report KPIs related to productivity, quality, defect rate, machine downtime, and safety performance.
Analyze production data, prepare reports, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
Optimize the utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
Recommend technology upgrades, automation opportunities, and process improvements.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Age: Under 45 years old.
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Textile Technology or a related field (preferred).
Lean Manufacturing, 6S, and Kaizen training or certification is required.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in a textile manufacturing environment, with in-depth knowledge of the complete woven fabric production process, including warping, sizing, drawing-in, knotting, weaving, and fabric inspection.
Basic reading comprehension in English or Chinese is preferred.
