- Manages reservation, ensuring the highest level of occupancy at all times and make suggestions to regarding opening and the closing dates
- Processes reservations from all sources (by mail, telephone, telex, cable, fax, media pages, central reservation systems referral, or from the sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents).
- Responds to all inquiries and makes reservations as needed.
- Processes and monitors advance deposits on reservations requirements.
- Knows the type of rooms available as well as their facilities, location and layout.
- Knows the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans.
- Details will be discussed during the interview
Yêu cầu
- Completion of high school or equivalent required
- Ideal candidate will have prior hospitality including hotel experience
- Excellent English communication skills with additional languages an asset
- Competent in Microsoft Office software (including but not limited to: Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and problem solving
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Guest Services focused
- Desire to learn
