- Responsible for the email-sending strategies for assigned markets:
+ Monitoring & analyzing deliverability metrics: bounce rates, open rates, and spam complaints.
+ Coming up with regulations to optimize email templates and content for better deliverability.
- Identifying and resolving deliverability issues from email content, sending frequency, or list quality.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, email regulations, and changes in email provider policies.
- Providing recommendations and guidance to improve overall email marketing performance.
- In-contact with 3rd party partners for guidelines/ requests/ recommendations/ issue solving.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in English
- Experience in the Marketing industry is a plus
- Having experience in similar positions is highly welcomed
- Good and agile problem-solving and analysis skills
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
