Receive booking details and service requests from sales or partners
Coordinate hotels, transport, guides, restaurants, flights, and other services
Work with suppliers to do quotation, confirm bookings and ensure quality
Prepare operation files, vouchers, and documents
Monitor tours before, during, and after operation
Handle issues such as delays, complaints, or itinerary changes
Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
Control costs and track supplier payments
Report tour updates and feedback
Support product and service improvement
Yêu cầu
Minimum 3 years of experience in Vietnam inbound tour operation
Degree in Tourism & Hospitality, or related majors with Tour Operation skills certificates
Experience with India market preferred
Understanding of Indian guest needs (food, group behavior, expectations)
Good English communication; additional language skills (Chinese) are highly desirable
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure
Good at Office tools skills
