This is an excellent opportunity for a detailed, and self-motivated individual who is interested in learning from an international working environment.
We are an independent and professional network of business leaders in both Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. We organize specialized events including seminars, lunches, Peer Group meetings, Zoom conferences, evening meetups, and more to help our members connect and grow. We also publish a business publication called [C] Vietnam which targets business executives.

JOB DESCRIPTION
This vacancy is an excellent opportunity for a young professional who is interested in growing and working in an international working environment. This person needs to be self-motivated, detailed and have good organizational and English communication skills.
The role includes supporting our team members with contracts, invoices, recording transactions, making monthly payments, and following up with payment collection. This person will also connect with our external advisors regarding HR and Legal status to ensure our organization remains compliant with government regulations and support other members of our team with tasks such as securing vendors, purchasing supplies, and registering attendees for events.
REQUIREMENTS
Current students, recent graduates, or individuals with 1 or 2 years experience in administration, finance, accounting, or other relevant studies.
Individuals who wish to gain experience in a finance and administration role.
Individuals who are detailed, thorough, accurate, and well-organized workers.
Individuals who are self-motivated and eager to learn.
Individual who are detailed, and have good organizational and problem-solving skills.
