New Student Care:
Ensure Entrance Test packages are available.
Collect and store signed application forms and related documents.
Inform relevant personnel about new student entries.
Send New School Year Packages to parents.
Complete tasks following the New Student Checklist.
Current Student Care:
Greet parents and students during pick-up and drop-off times.
Check student attendance and contact parents of absent students.
Note and convey parent feedback and requests promptly.
Maintain clear communication between parents and the school.
Insurance for Students:
Register medical and accident insurance for new students and follow up.
Track insurance expiry dates and renew as needed.
Support parents with insurance claims for school incidents.
Bus Route:
Process school bus registrations from parents.
Arrange bus routes with drivers and inform relevant parties.
Monitor bus route implementation and report issues to the Principal.
School Fees:
Calculate and notify parents of school fees.
Support parents with fee-related inquiries and approvals.
Track eligible student leave for fee deductions.
Admin Tasks:
Academic Support:
Assist with student care, especially during field trips and events.
Arrange and translate for parent-teacher meetings.
Schedule exams and make-up exams.
Purchasing and Inventory:
Purchase teaching materials and school operation items monthly.
Maintain the budget and perform monthly clearances.
Track inventory balance and order more as needed.
Keep the storage room organized.
Event Participation:
Send notifications and invitations to parents.
Complete tasks following the Field Trip Checklist.
Payroll Preparation:
Track part-time staff timekeeping monthly.
Prepare monthly payroll for part-time staff and send it to the Principal.
School Portal:
Set up the database at the start of the school year or for new classes.
Coordinate with suppliers to fix any issues.
Additional Tasks:
Complete any additional tasks assigned by line managers.

Bachelors of Arts Degree or higher, preferably in English linguistics or Education
Bằng Cử nhân hoặc cao hơn, ưu tiên đối với ngành Ngữ Văn Anh hoặc Giáo dục.

Proficient English speaking, writing, & listening comprehension skills.

At least 1 or more years working in administration at a primary school or education center
