Tiếp nhận đơn hàng, lập
kế hoạch sản xuất theo tuần/tháng - Receive customer orders and prepare weekly/monthly production plans.
Phân bổ kế hoạch cho các bộ phận: Mộc -Metal- sơn - đóng gói - Allocate production plans to departments: Woodworking, Metal, Painting, and Packaging.
Kiểm tra nguyên vật liệu, lập kế hoạch MRP và phối hợp Mua hàng -Check material availability, prepare MRP plans, and coordinate with the
Purchasing team.
Theo dõi tiến độ từng công đoạn, xử lý các vấn đề làm chậm kế hoạch - Monitor progress at each production stage and resolve issues causing delays.
Cập nhật dữ liệu trên hệ thống, theo dõi WIP, tiến độ giao hàng -Update data in the system and track WIP and delivery schedules.
Phối hợp các bộ phận: Sản xuất, Kho, QA/QC, Kỹ thuật, Sales - Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, QA/QC, Engineering, and Sales departments.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Tốt nghiệp CĐ/ĐH ngành
Quản lý công nghiệp, Kế hoạch - sản xuất, Chuỗi cung ứng...- Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Industrial Management, Production Planning, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Kỹ năng ngoại ngữ: tiếng Anh tốt - Good command of English communication skills.
Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong nhà máy gỗ / nội thất - Experience in furniture or woodworking manufacturing factories is preferred.
Biết đọc BOM, Routing, hiểu quy trình sản xuất là lợi thế - Ability to read BOMs and Routings, with a good understanding of production processes, is an advantage.
Thành thạo Excel; biết ERP là lợi thế - Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is preferred.
Kỹ năng: lập kế hoạch, giao tiếp, xử lý tình huống, làm việc nhóm - Strong skills in planning, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
