* Key Responsibilities
- Record and monitor inbound, outbound, and inventory balances of food, beverage, and related supplies.
- Check
purchasing documents, goods receiving notes, issuing notes, and requisitions in compliance with procedures.
- Update daily F&B cost figures into the system / tracking records.
- Assist with periodic stock takes and reconcile physical inventory with records.
- Monitor consumption at kitchens, bars, and staff canteen.
- Support the preparation of daily/monthly cost reports (food cost, beverage cost, slow-moving items, etc.).
- Coordinate with related departments: Kitchen, F&B, Purchasing, and Store.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Cost Controller / Financial Controller.
