Key Responsibilities:
Issuing VAT invoice and check Details.
Accounting and Inventory Data Entry + Reconciliations
Monitor import and export of inventory in the factory
Reconciliation of the physical Stock in the factory
Maintaining Employee Records
Making reports on inventory, domestic receivables and payables
Check the reasonableness, validity and legality of the invoice
Data entry and some admin work
Other tasks as requested by Manager.

Bằng Cử nhân/Cao đẳng Kế toán, Tài chính hoặc các ngành liên quan.
Thành thạo Microsoft Office, đặc biệt là Excel.
Kiến thức cơ bản về các nguyên tắc và thực tiễn kế toán.
Trình độ
tiếng Anh có thể giao tiếp ở mức cơ bản trở lên để báo cáo trực tiếp cho sếp người nước ngoài qua email, tin nhắn, trao đổi thông tin
Ưu tiên kinh nghiệm làm việc trước đây trong vai trò tương tự hoặc kinh nghiệm thực tập trong lĩnh vực kế toán.
Ưu tiên quen thuộc với phần mềm kế toán (ví dụ: Misa, QuickBooks).
Thời gian làm việc: Thứ 2 đến hết sáng Thứ 7.

Must-Have:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
English proficiency (basic level or higher).
Priority/Nice-To-Have:
Previous experience in a similar role or internship experience in accounting.
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Misa , QuickBooks).
Basic English communication skills.
