JOB DESCRIPTION
Receiving PR, PO, Invoices, Goods Receipt Note ("GRN") for checking and booking into the
system correctly and timely
Following up pending invoices/documents, working with suppliers and other departments for
invoices/documents correction
Following up closely payables to suppliers to make sure no overdue account payables according
to Payment Policy and Business Authorization Procedures
Booking accrual expenses
Receiving and filling suppliers' contracts
Checking Vendor forms for creating new vendors
Monthly account payable reconciliation and yearly AP balance confirmation with vendors
Month-end closing such as: Booking capital/equity relating transactions, reconcile cash and bank,
issue Debit Note and check payment from inter-company
REQUIREMENTS
Fresh graduation from Vietnam or oversea university
Major in accounting, auditing or finance
Good in English communication
Willing to learn and work with different projects by different times and different locations
Good communication & presentation skill
Accept to work under pressure

Check inventory movement, costing transactions and give instruction to related departments to
ensure correct transactions in system
Inventory accounting management include stock account, data reconciliation
Track capital expenditure, department expense and give analysis to Management if necessary
Take part in systems and process improvement initiatives
Liaise with related teams and departments to ensure smooth month end closing of costing journals
Other ad-hoc jobs required by Finance Manager: handling new project, developing finance process

REQUIREMENTS
Graduated from University - Accounting/Auditing/Finance major, Master of Finance-Accounting is
advantage
At least 1-year experience in operation finance
Experience working with Big 4 is advantage
Good in English communication

JOB DESCRIPTION
Supporting the tax senior manager and working with the regional tax team to handle the tax functions
at the TTI entities in Vietnam
TAX COMPLIANCE
Manage tax reporting and compliances, ensure compliance with tax policy of the company and tax
regulations (WHT, VAT, CIT)
Support the C&B team in facilitating the PIT filing for expatriate, acting as the coordinator between
stakeholders to ensure smooth cooperation and timely fulfillment of filing/payment obligation
Support with Transfer pricing compliance.
Work with the tax authorities on tax data reconciliation and ad-hoc requests
Handle the tax audit events and manage the relationship with the local tax authorities
TAX ADVISORY
Daily support and provide advice to the internal stakeholders about tax matters
Contract review/ expense review from tax perspective
Regular update/ periodic training for F&A department on tax matters
TAX PLANNING
Operational model review for the TTI factories in Vietnam to ensure compliance and achieve the
most effective and efficient tax/customs arrangement
Other ad-hoc project/ research/planning related to tax
TAX HEALTH CHECK
Periodic tax health check and/or upon request by management team
Other tasks assigned by Finance Controller or Tax Manager
REQUIREMENTS
University graduated, major in tax, accounting, audit or related fields
Minimum 5-year experience in tax function in a multi-national organization, Big4 experience is
preferrable
Good knowledge on related Vietnam tax regulations and accounting standards
Good understanding
in PIT/ transfer pricing or customs is a plus
