Nhân Viên Kế Toán/ Kế Toán Công Nợ ( Working Location: Hải Dương)

Knowledge & Skills:
• Good working knowledge of accounting systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/SAP/ERP.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payment processes.
• Strong attention to detail with good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and business partner information.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with internal teams.
• Ability to handle collection follow-ups and resolve payment issues professionally.
• Good command of English (ability to communicate in speaking, writing, listening and reading).
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance.
Experience:
• At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting (experience in Accounts Receivable is preferred).
• Experience in payment processing or Accounts Payable is an advantage.
• Experience working with accounting software or SAP systems.
• Experience in a manufacturing or EPE company is preferred.

You will need to be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation, including:
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, copier/printer etc as well as have the ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
• Required to retrieve or reposition products like sewing machines weighing up to 50 pounds
