Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for Procurement Supervisor (Food, $1000, ID 19904):
Oversee daily sourcing,
purchasing, and ordering activities for fresh products.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment and minimize stockout risks.
Coordinate with suppliers on orders, delivery schedules, and quality-related issues.
Support price negotiations and payment terms to optimize procurement costs.
Track and report key KPIs such as stock availability, fill rate, and input costs.
Conduct regular audits of warehouses and suppliers to ensure product quality and compliance.
Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, and Accounting teams to resolve issues and support promotions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term cooperation.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager
Requirement
Male/Female, preferably 25-40 years old.
Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B, FMCG, trading, fresh produce, or agricultural products (mandatory).
Good communication skills in English for daily work
